Become a Student Volunteer
The student volunteers keep assisting in running the CHRM2’s 4th Conference on Human Rights in Southeast Asia 2019. They manage the registration desk, help setting up demo sessions and provide support to the organizing committee. For the upcoming Conference 2019, we need friendly and responsive volunteers to help us out.
· Submission Deadline: September 20th, 2019
· Acceptance Notification: September 25th, 2019
· Orientation Session: September 27th, 2019
· Conference: October 13-15th, 2019
How to Apply
Applications are open to all undergraduate students interested in cutting edge human rights issues. In order to join CHRM2’s 4th Conference 2019 team as a volunteer, you must be enrolled as a student at UNEJ. Preference will be given to students that demonstrate their English fluency and outstanding skills. To apply to be a student volunteer, please fill out the
application form until September 20th, 2019 at the latest.
By filling the form, you agree to work with us in running the conference, including our preparation and attending the whole conference. If your name is selected, you are required to attend an orientation session on September 27th, 2019.
Selection will be held through the document assessment under merit basis for 30 slots.
In return, we commit to waive your registration fee. We provide student volunteers all of the other benefits received by registered conference attendees, including free lunch, break food, tumbler/bottle, and certificate. Furthermore, volunteering at CHRM2’s 4th Conference 2019 provides an excellent opportunity for networking with some of the leading minds of human rights research. The volunteers get insight into the logistics behind a major conference and gather valuable working experience.
